The open-concept space effortlessly combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a seamless living environment that brings everyone together. Enjoy vibrant light, modern decor, and comfortable furnishings, plus a well-equipped kitchen sparking with stainless steel appliances and a charming dining area.
As the day winds down, gather together on the screened porch, inviting and finished, and enjoy the fresh breeze. Here, a mounted TV provides additional entertainment. Toss the day's beach clothes in the washer/dryer and settle into one of the comfortable bedrooms for a good night's rest. Another amazing day on the shore awaits tomorrow!

Check-out time: 10:00 AM
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This beach house actually felt like a real home!

We loved this home away from home. It was like new inside and was super cute. The home had plenty of space for our family of 8. There was a nice pantry in the kitchen and the closets in the bedrooms were large. The beds were comfortable. The outside shower was great to rinse off after going to the beach. We spent time at the community pool and practically had it all to ourselves. There is only room for 2 cars so that could be an issue for some families. Also, the closest public beach had a small parking lot so you need to get there early in the morning or you will not be able to park. We will definitely rent this home again.
