*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property.
*GOLF CARTS/ LOW SPEED VEHICLES: The complex is located approximately 1/2 mile from the beach. The Association allows renters to rent golf carts from their approved vendors. Personal golf carts or low speed vehicles (LSV) are prohibited!
*PARKING: This complex offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles. Your vehicles must have a parking pass filled out completely and the pass must always be visible to avoid being towed. The Rookery III has limited parking, therefore you can only purchase up to two (2) parking pass per reservation. Trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.
*PETS: This property IS pet friendly! You are welcome to bring up to two pets during your vacation, however each pet MUST be registered and the pet fee paid prior to your arrival. The pet fee is $175.00 plus tax per pet. You will receive a leash cover for each registered pet, which must be used at all times. Any damages caused by your pet or any fines incurred involving your pet(s) will be your responsibility. The cost of the pet fee and/or fines are subject to change at any time without notice. Failure to register and pay the pet fee can result in being fined and/or evicted.
*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year. Ask the reservationist for details regarding monthly rates and fees associated with monthly rentals.
*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Overall, the stay was great! The house is very nice, and the beds are comfortable. The owners left a kind note and gift! For about a day we had no internet, and there is little to no cell service there. The location is not super close to the beach, but we made it work. The parking situation is definitely the worst part. Over all we paid an extra 130 in parking that is not totally clear in the posting. It says that there are two spots available, but you only have 1 parking pass included in the price. The 2nd is 30 dollars, the 3rd parking pass is 100, and you can only park in guest parking which can be pretty far from the house. The rental company was not super friendly when messaging with them before the trip. Like I said, overall, it was very nice. However, the rules and regulations of the complex that we signed after booking made us nervous and a little uncomfortable because much of it was not in the original posting on Vrbo.

Very nice. Kids loved all the beach toys and used your beach chairs. Would love to find out where they got those cool tall Adirondack chairs on the deck. I found some real similar ones on amazon. Only thing I can think of to improve is get a new outdoor grille. Would have loved to grill some fresh fish. Thanks for having us!

Parking extra car 30 miles away from property is ridiculous! I had to drive 60 extra mile to & from to get my vehicle from the office . Need additional parking places on site . I will not be back because if this.
