Tucked away along the stunning shoreline of Lake George, Pine Knoll is a nature lover’s dream in every season. This lakefront gem features a spacious deck with panoramic views of the water and the forever-wild beauty of the Adirondacks just beyond. Whether you’re casting a line, paddling through crystal-clear waters, or docking your 22-foot boat, the private dock is your go-to spot for lakeside fun.

Adventure is always just steps away, with scenic hiking trails winding right behind the home or just a short drive out. In the fall, enjoy vibrant foliage that turns the landscape into a painter’s palette. When winter rolls around, hit the slopes at nearby Gore Mountain for a snowy adrenaline fix. Looking for something a little more laid back? Silver Bay YMCA is just a mile down the road and offers activities for all ages—from tennis and pickleball to archery, arts & crafts, and more.

Step inside and feel right at home. Pine Knoll’s interior is warm, rustic, and welcoming, with vaulted ceilings, sunlit spaces, and all the modern comforts you could need. Start your day with a coffee on the deck as the sun rises over misty mountain peaks. In the evening, wind down with a visit to Fort Ticonderoga or some boutique shopping and dining in Bolton Landing.

When it’s time to recharge, the fully equipped kitchen—with stainless steel appliances and plenty of prep space—makes mealtime a breeze. After dinner, gather for a sunset cookout on the deck, toast marshmallows around the firepit, or dive into a board game indoors.

At the end of the day, retreat to one of two cozy bedrooms, each outfitted with premium linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Dock details: The property offers a private dock with boat parking, it is seasonal, depending on weather and availability. The Boat Dock will only be in the water from May 15th to Mid-October

House Rules
Parts of this home are air-conditioned from approximately Memorial Day until Labor Day each year. This home does not have central air conditioning.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The Boat Dock will only be on the water from May 15th to Mid-October
Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
