Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This was a short stay so the impression was concentrated. The house was spacious yet well decorated. The bathrooms were also well designed. The half bath on the first floor is especially helpful for ease of use. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots/pans and appliances for cooking and cleaning. The dining room and living room was very comfortable and was used for family games on the dining room table. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well in them. Overall, It was a very enjoyable stay. We would come again without any hesitation.
