The earth house was very clean, super cute and exactly as described and pictured.

We liked the property. The wild flowers were beautiful.
Our Hobbit house wasn't what we expected for the money. The shower and bath tub didn't work correctly. We couldn't get the shower to work and the plug for the tub wouldn't stay down hence wouldn't hold water. The faucet in the bathroom sink was missing a screw. We weren't allowed to use the wood stove. There was NO place to put or hang our clothes. For over $300 a night I would expect certain things and it was most definitely lacking. The grass needed to be mowed or at least weed wacked. Over all had it been maybe $200-250 a night rather than $310 we paid maybe it was definitely disappointing.
