A great place to stay. This Brand-New three-story home located in Diamond Point

Large windows and doors to view the Beauty of Lake George creates a warm atmosphere. You will also find a Lakefront Sundeck with a table and chairs, a sandy area with walk down stairs to the lake. A Mooring to tie off a boat is also available.
This Luxury home is just 1 mile from the Lake George Village. There is lots of places to go shopping & game rooms are close by. There are bars and night clubs, the Night Life is awesome. The Dinning is also wonderful, there are many restaurants to choose from.
Activities are close by in the summer such as, jet skiing, parasailing, rental stores for boats, sailing, and Water parks. Every Thursday there is a firework show down by the village. This home is also close to Great Escape, shopping outlets, mall, and other necessity shopping centers (Walmart, Target, etc.)
Our home in Lake George is also a great place to cozy up by the fireplace in the winter. There are several activities close by such as skiing, snowboarding, tubing, ice skating, and snowmobiling. Lake George also hosts a winter festival that is lots of fun to attend.

Property was perfect / private with it's own beach. We loved the area and the house had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive. I would strongly recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy Lake George.

We had a Great time staying here. We are a family of 4. My wife and I stayed in the master bedroom which has its own bathroom with a giant shower, jet spa tub and his and her sinks. A really pleasant surprise was waking up and seeing a canopy of trees out of the 2 French doors and beautiful windows above them. My 2 teenage boys got to choose their own rooms. My oldest (18) chose the room with the bunk beds (the bottom bed is full sized) and a French door looking out towards the driveway. The younger guy took the room with the full size bed no French door but has a very nice view of the lake. The beach area was great and gave us full access to swim and canoe. We also rented a pontoon boat for 2 days and we were able to keep the boat tied up to the Mooring buoy they have. The beach area also has a table and chairs setup that we brought lunch down to. We cooked for our breakfast and dinners most nights just because we love to cook and the kitchen, dinning and living room were all open concept and served us very well. The owners were very easy to get in touch with (I had questions about the Mooring buoy) and very responsive. We would stay here again in fact we didn't want to leave.

Margherita had everything you need in the property. We enjoyed the waterfront that over looks the lake and the moon coming up at night over the mountains. The hill to go down is a little steep but she provided a golf cart to go up and down to the beach area. The house was very clean and it’s beautiful inside. It is close to town and restaurants. The only thing I would suggest is a dock. We had a boat that had to be docked in a different marina. We truly enjoyed our stay.
