About this house rental
Located on the majestic, quiet end of Lake George, this large 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is right on the lake, with no public roads to cross and unobstructed views of both the lake and your kids at play on the expansive lawn.
As part of an association, the grounds are meticulously maintained and include a kid-friendly beach with a shallow swim area, a playground, basketball/pickleball court, tetherball, hammocks, and large, open lawn areas. There are two docks and a float off the main beach and two additional docks and a float at a second beach about 150 feet north. A boat slip for up to a 22' long boat is available for your use, but must be reserved prior to your stay. Several local marinas will rent boats by the hour, day and week, or you may bring your own which must be registered with the Lake George Park Commission and can be done online. Two kayaks, two stand up paddle-boards and inflatable floats are available for your use.
If you want take a break from fun on the water, close by are great hiking trails, the Silver Bay YMCA with kids’ camp and day passes to access tons of activities, the quaint Hague Village, the popular Wind Chill Factory ice cream and food, and the larger Ticonderoga community for convenient shopping.
This is a two-story home with many new amenities and furnishings. The first floor has central air and includes an eat-in kitchen, a living room with a classic stone fireplace, an enclosed porch -- all with views of the lake. Also on the first floor are three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, including a bathtub and a shower.
Upstairs is a large family room with beautiful views of the lake. It's stocked with games, toys and a 55" smart TV. The family room also has a bar area with a sink and small refrigerator, and plenty of room for kids to play on a rainy day. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The upstairs is kept cool with in-room air conditioners.
The property has outdoor patio areas with beautiful lake views for dining and relaxing, with a gas grill, a clean-burning fire stove, dining tables with umbrellas, a kids' picnic table, lawn chairs and sunbathing lounge chairs.

Highly recommend, would stay here again! This is a beautiful area and this house is in an amazing location. The house was very clean and had everything you could imagine needing. Communication with the host was excellent and highly responsive. We felt very comfortable staying here.

The most well stocked house we have ever stayed in. The water was perfect for kids and adults. So many bathrooms! We hope to come back next year.

We stayed at the beautiful Andes House for our summer vacation this year. The house is fully stocked with whatever you might need, it is clean, well kept, and a great amount of space for all. The view from the house to the lake is ideal, the swimming area is perfect for little ones ( and us, too). The owner, Jennifer and manager Dawn were responsive and lovely. . We all had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return next summer.
