About this house rental
Weekly price is for 6 people (8 people on the property maximum: $30./day additional for 7th person, $30./day additional for 8th person)
One of a kind: beautiful private 4.8 acres of lakefront in quiet cove with excellent swimming beach on 328' of sandy shoreline. Dock space and mooring can also be reserved. Plenty of space for storing kayaks, canoe or sailboat. 2 miles from boat rentals and picnic islands. Historic buildings include this renovated 4 bedroom carriage house that sits atop the property with long range views of lawns, woods, and lake.
On the ground floor: spacious master bedroom with queen size and single bed, 3 seasons porch* with sliders to small deck and door to one of two covered porches, full bath with tub, open concept dining/living room with many windows and lovely views of outdoors, plus sliders that lead to largest of 2 decks and connects to screened porch, equipped galley kitchen. Second floor: two bedrooms (with one double and two single beds total), large built in closets and dressers, skylights, half bath, small room under the eaves with single mattress, built in dresser and pocket door. Porch, lawn and beach furniture, fire-pit, hammock, lawn and board games, swing set available.
Comfortable home that's popular with writers and artists looking for a private retreat as well as those looking for a great vacation destination for reunions with friends and family. We have also hosted countless wedding celebrations.
Our rental home is priced according to the time of year and the number of people in the rental party.
FYI: The property is on a hill, there is uneven ground in the yard, and the house is not considered handicap accessible.
*Three season porch has separate entrances and its day bed is also a trundle and though a tight fit in the room, can be joined to create a double bed. Additional sleeping accommodations available upon request.

Lake George is a magical place.We’ve vacationed here for 20 years. The Bullocks are great people to rent from. They represent the best in the people of Lake George.

Perfect house for a nice getaway vacation. Very family oriented and a lot of space. Has dock space if you want to bring a boat and also has a nice private beach to hang out and even go kayaking. I would defiantly recommend this house for a nice quiet layed back vacation with lots of fun to go along with it!
