One of the best locations in Orlando for your trip to Universal Studios, Disney, the Orange County Convention Center and International Drive with FREE PARKING!
Relax and enjoy your stay, our location is fantastic!
• Disney World, about 20 minute drive
• Universal Studios; 6 Minute drive
• International Drive is one block away
• Orange County Orlando Convention Center; 9 minute drive
• Universal Volcano Bay; 6 minute drive
• Icon Park 5 minute drive
Our 400 square foot unit includes;
• 2 King Beds
• Kitchenette with Microwave, mini fridge, toaster, plates, glasses and utensils
• Free Wi-fi for General surfing. Not recommended for work
• Central Air Conditioning
• Room darkening curtains
• Keurig coffee machine with a couple of K-cups to get you started
Does NOT include Stove and you will not have access to laundry. Additional towels can only be supplied with cleaning services at additional cost. Four full sets of towels included with stay.
Please note; This is a hotel room layout. There is no Kitchen, it is a Kitchenette and you will not have access to laundry facilities. I do not recommend this unit for any stay over (7) Seven days for a couple and (5) Five days for anyone bringing children or or more than two guests. You can request additional supplies at additional cost. For longer stays I recommend one of Suites that are also listed under my profile. They have kitchens and in unit laundry.
A car is recommended to explore the Orlando area.

Everything was perfect! Check in and check out were super easy. The space was perfect for our needs and clean! Our favorite part…2 king beds! We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Tom!

Amazing location near Universal parks. Lots of food option near by. Nice pool ans hot tub. 2 king size was amazing. Includes microwave, mini fridge, sink and dishes. Prefect as we were making our own breakfast every morning.

Overall, just as advertised. Really appreciated the free parking and how close it is to Universal. The privately owned rooms at a hotel thing is a little odd, but is just a way to get around local ordinances that outlaw private residence rentals that might compete with the theme park hotels. This particular one is nice and is much like a large hotel room, except there is a kitchenette and does not have daily maid service. Heed the owners warning that it is not recommended for more than a week. After a few days, the towels and trash start to backup and the sheets start to feel like they need a cleaning, but the kitchenette with little fridge and coffee maker is great.
