    The hotel was comfortable and offered great value. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and everything was very clean and well organized. The staff was always friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. There was also plenty of parking available around the hotel, which made having a rental car very convenient. Breakfast was a bit limited for vegans, but if you do not have any dietary restrictions, there were plenty of options and it was a good breakfast overall. The only thing to keep in mind is the complimentary shuttle service to Disney and Universal. The shuttles only leave the hotel once per day. The Universal schedule was fine, but the Disney shuttle leaves at 7:00 AM and returns at 9:00 PM. This means spending well over 12 hours at the parks, which can be quite tiring. It also does not allow you to stay for the nighttime shows if you choose to use the return shuttle.

    Great Place with easy access to theme parks and departmental stores for easy shopping of daily needs. clean hotel with simple breakfast and nice staff. specially good for long stays

    I stayed one night alone, and I just used it to sleep and shower. Very neat and clean. Bathroom was immaculate. Lots of families.I didn't know they wouldnt accept a debit card for the deposit, so I had to use cash. My only complaint was that the conditioner dispenser in the shower didn't work well. Other than that, very good deal for the price: no parking fees and complimentary breakfast in the morning!

    The hotel is ideally located near all shops and Universal Studios. However, their breakfast options are very limited, and room service was little disappointing. On certain days, we requested room service which they asked us to fill out a form, which they didn't follow through with. We also requested assistance at the reception, but nothing was done, leaving us very frustrated, especially when we returned and found no action taken. We also asked for help with the air conditioning, but our requests were ignored.
