    I especially enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen. It included a dishwasher, a large stove with an oven, a full-sized refrigerator, a blender, a toaster, and a set of pots, pans, and utensils. All I needed to do was purchase groceries. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked and made for a comfortable, convenient, and affordable stay.

    I have been on an extended stay at the Point for over a month.. The condo, the staff, the facilities, the location are wonderful and would actually live here if I need to. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a short or a long stay. The condos/ rooms are exceptionally larger and more comfortable than most hotels !

    This was a truly awful experience accessing this hotel through Sonder. We arrived at 0100 after a very long day of travel and spent over an hour on the phone trying to check in. For the first 40 mins the Sonder member of staff claimed not to have my booking, despite paying in full in advance via Agoda. Once he found my booking he said there were no rooms available, then there were rooms available but at twice the cost quoted direct from the hotel, and they wanted me to pay despite having paid for several nights in advance. He tried to palm me off to call Agoda, at 1.30 am! He refused to release a room to me despite me having an email confirming my booking. There was a lot more back and forth but in the end I bought a room direct through the hotel and then moved to a different, much nicer, hotel the next day. Extremely poor, I’d recommend avoiding at all costs.
