Come and enjoy our newly remodeled, peaceful cottage just a few feet from the shores of Nelson Lake in the renowned Hayward, Wisconsin. Sip coffee on the deck overlooking the water, kayak into the bay, swim and/or fish right off of our private dock, and enjoy all the luxuries of shopping and dining in downtown Hayward just 6 miles away. We are sure you’ll enjoy your stay at our little blue cottage on the water.

We enjoyed a long weekend at the lil blue cottage. It was indeed little but all we needed for our little get away. It’s very close to the lake. Bring water shoes if getting into the lake. Lots of rocks. We loved kayaking in the nice quiet bay. Close to town too.

We loved our stay in Little Blue Cottage. We came to the lake to relax and the setting was perfect. The cabin is tidy and has everything you need for your stay. It’s ideal for 1-3 people. I think four would feel cramped. Be sure to bring your water shoes if you plan to get in the lake; it’s rocky and there are lots of plants. I would definitely try to rent it again if we come back to Hayward.
