Beautiful spot on Nelson Lake with great fishing. The cabin has it's own dock which is nice and sturdy. Great communication with host.

I take my sons and father on a fishing trip every year, and this was the best property by far. It really was like I said, a little slice of heaven. It was the perfect size for us. Large enough to accommodate the 4 of us, but small enough to be practical and keep us close together. The fishing was the best that its ever been. We caught lots of northerns, crappies, and big bluegills. We also caught pearch every once in awhile. The cleaning house made filleting fish super convenient. The beds were the best. I expected my back to hurt because it often does, but these beds were really nice. We had nice hot water for showers and to do the dishes too. There was even a moment when I messaged the owner asking if he had any pain reliever for my father who had knee pain. He brought over advil for him! My father is a very good judge of character and stated that after having a conversation with him he could tell that he was a very nice, caring person. You just cant find that kind of hospitality anymore.... Im really glad that we chose to stay here, and we will for sure be back. If your looking for a place to stay on Nelson Lake, this place is your little slice of heaven.
