Location was really good. Within a few minutes we were in the center of the old city. It was VERY quick to walk to the train station even with luggage. We had a problem with the internet connecrion, but Carlotta took care the second day and we fixed instructions for the next guest.Also, steps to the loft are usually steep so consider this if you are not nimble. Area was a bit sketchy, but we did not have problems.Overall, the property was very good and I highly recommend staying there… as long as you can make the ladder :)

Location was great. Spacious accommodation. We did move a mattress down to the first floor for privacy and also because it’s true that the ladder to the loft is steep…

Communication was poor. Waited hours for a response. The answer could have been I can't help you with that situation. But instead no response. I had to initiate many times to just to get a response. Was rude as well.
