Overall a good apartment to stay in. The bedroom being up in the loft was fine. Main station, supermarket and tram to Airport around the corner.

Convenient location and great price. Apartment was clean and good enough size. The street noise was a little much some nights being close to the train station and some night clubs.

Spacious place to stay for our short visit to Florence. Nice and close to the train station. The check in process was a bit tedious with many steps and old style equipment but it worked with some patience. In a busy area so the streets were quite loud at all hours of the day, even with shutters and blinds closed. Upon booking we were told of an additional fee that must be paid in cash; I made note of it so we remembered but there was no reminder from the host or instruction on where to leave it. Close to a lively square with good restaurants around.

Wi-Fi did not work for both parties. It only worked part time on one phone. Therefore we could not communicate with the host.
