About this house rental
Welcome to our home away from home!
Sweet home with cozy hangouts and space to stretch out. It is located just a little over a mile from the heart of downtown where there are plenty of fabulous food options, shops and recreation! "Stroll the Streets" is a highlight every Friday night in the summer. We are just a couple blocks from Avalanche Preserve if you're looking to hike, bike or disk golf. In the winter, the park even has iceskating and sledding with free rentals!
The is a cozy home with clean, well decorated spaces on the main floor and a great hangout downstairs. With a large sectional couch, TV and ping-pong table, there's plenty of space to spread out and enjoy time together after your long day of exploring Northern Michigan!
Please message, text or call with any questions. We are available 24/7, but please respect reasonable hours of 8am-9pm unless it's urgent. We want you to have everything you need to enjoy our home and do everything in our power to ensure that is the case!
We love to offer our input if you need suggestions. We can also line up great local babysitters, catering services and family photo shoots to capture your moments and turn them into lifelong memories!

It's on a quiet Street in town. It's a safe walk or bike ride to get downtown.
Parking for 2-3 cars is available at the house. Driveway is long and runs on the left side of the home. Parking at the house is free. There is room for three vehicles. Street parking is not allowed overnight in the city. Boyne City is a community of mixed travel. Most businesses have bike racks outside, parking is usually a breeze but walking is also safe at all hours of the day and night.

We stayed just one night on our way through the area on a road trip and were very pleased with the accomodations and amenities. The entertainment area in the basement is a cool touch, and the fire pit was perfect for an up north evening! While it probably is best to drive by car into town, we walked the 20ish minutes to downtown to enjoy a few drinks on one of the several patio options BC has to offer. Beds were comfy, bathroom was clean and everything worked fine. Overall great experience!

This was a very cute updated home, super close to town and the local ski resort (why we came up). Immaculately clean, great water pressure in the shower, everything needed to cook and serve a meal and the ping pong table was a hit as well!

Needed spot in central location dog friendly. Clean well equipped cabin. Location more residential. Nice fenced yard for pet. Met all our needs
