Located in the historic Birmingham neighborhood just a few minutes walk from the World Famous Tony Packo's Restaurant. Built in 1902 & renovated in 2022. Its a 2 minute walk to the Maumee River to the west & also 2 minutes to the Collins Park Golf Course to the east.
