The house fit our needs perfectly. Beds were comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the screened in deck. We ate our meals out there. Although the location is a few miles from Bella Vista town center and a few miles of windy roads to the house, it was very close to a swimming pool. We own a lot in BV and could swim there. I am not sure if you have to be a property owner to do so. We enjoyed at a yard falls and many other activities in the area. We plan to return next summer. Thank you VRBO.

We enjoyed this house immensely, especially the large screened in deck with a table. Loved the remoteness, trees and constant bird song. Thank goodness for Google map directions so we could find the place.We cooked several meals while there. Renters can find about anything they might need in the kitchen, though a hunt through the cabinets may be necessary. The bedrooms were nice, especially the master bedroom which has a door out to the screened in deck.The only issue we noted is though the description mentioned a well lite, wide entry and being an open path for wheelchairs, both entrances have multiple steps to get in. If an accessible entrance is something renters need, check the details.

Beautiful home, clean - accommodations met our needs. Lots of winding twisty roads to get to home - thank goodness for GPS. The lit Christmas tree when we arrived was a nice touch. Only issue we had - and it was not a big deal - key pad on garage seemed finicky. Usually had to enter number 2 or 3 times before the door would open. But, it always eventually opened. Having access to this home made our trip enjoyable. Thank you.

This house was a clean,cozy, and comfortable stay!!! I loved the way it was decorated with scripture pictures, newly updated furniture, the kitchen was well stocked, my only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer !! Oh and did I mention I loved the decorated 🌲

Dryer was full of laundry, but underside of bedspread had obvious human stains. That was very disappointing. Oven was pretty dirty and had a lot of old grease on it. It is a shame because was really lovely and quiet house. Just might need a new housekeeper. Shower was like shower for motor home. Needs regular shower head.

We really enjoyed this house and the creature comforts of home. Great beds, bathrooms and lots of space. We didn’t cook there but the kitchen seemed to have everything you could possibly need! We are older and retired and prefer to eat out when we travel. Loved being able to park inside the garage too!

My husband and I stayed here with my 3 children, and my in-laws, and it was so comfortable and spacious for all of us. The screened in back porch lovely and we sat out there with coffee every morning, loved watching the squirrels and even saw a couple of deer pass through behind the fence. This house is clean, comfortable, and was a convenient location.

Cleanliness was great, home furnishings were outstanding with plenty of extras to make you feel right at home. Home is located in a very nice quite location. Great communication with the owners. This is your place if you want a great property and amazing hosts. The house was truly above our expectations. It was set back in a quiet neighborhood but close to the biking trails. The house was more than comfortable for our party of 7. We made breakfast both mornings and the kitchen had plenty of utensils and cookware for what we needed. The hosts were amazing and quick to respond on any messages. This will be our first pick for the next time we are in Bella Vista.
