We are walking distance to Crystal Cave bat cave & the local trail system connecting to Tanya Creek waterfall, Blowing Springs, Back 40, and Slaughter Pen.
Summer: Swim or float in Sugar Creek, Elk River in Pineville, MO, the 6 local lakes, or have fun at Kingsdale Swimming Pool.
Close to Five regulation, 18-hole courses, 2 nine-hole courses, and miniature golf.
Bella Vista has numerous Pickleball and Tennis courts.

The place was very clean except for the orange quilt in one of the downstairs bedrooms. Also could smell pot from the adjacent townhome at times,

Worked great for 4 adult friends and a 20 yr old daughter tag along!! The rooms are nice, beds are comfortable. Furniture was accommodating.. Didn't love the dining chairs, as they are hard metal outdoor seating and were only 4 of them. For a house that sleeps 8, it would be nice to have additional dining room seating.

We were in town for a family wedding. We enjoyed staying in the home. There were 5 of us, everyone had their own space for sleeping but we could still hang out together during the day. Would love to stay here again.
