Welcome to our cozy golf view 1 bedroom 1 bath condo just outside Traverse City that sits on the Grand Traverse resort golf course! This condo is fully furnished and features a spacious living room, comfortable bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and convenient office setup. Enjoy your AM coffee or evening wine on the private deck overlooking the lush golf course. The bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed & comfortable linens - perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Traverse City!
The space
Enjoy the sunshine from our beautiful modern condo along a beautiful golf course with natural wooded setting. Completely renovated with all new kitchen appliances and equipped with all you need. Toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots & pans etc are also included. Flat screen smart TV's (cable and WiFi included) in bedroom and family area. Full bath with vanity area and stocked with toiletries. Gas fireplace also available for use. This condo also features new flooring throughout and all new furnishings - perfect for you to relax upon. This is a ground floor unit with private entrance option that is a barrier-free entrance (no steps leading into private entrance).
Short stays, weekly and monthly are available. The Great Lakes Equestrian Festival is less than 5 minutes away from this location. Traverse City is 7 miles away. Bayside Park is less than 5 minutes away and offers sandy beaches & scenic views where you can enjoy a dip in Grand Traverse Bay!
You can't beat this location for easy access to all fun activities this area has to offer, whether it's the Cherry Festival, Turtle Creek Casino, 4 star restaurants, Glen Arbor, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Old Mission Peninsula or Leelanau Peninsula wineries - it's all here in this breathtaking area!

Reminder - no access to health club, pool or spa at the Grand Traverse Resort (these are for Grand Traverse Resort guests only).
Other things to note
There is an office space set up that has a printer/scanner for your use. The bedroom has a queen size bed with plush mattress. The couch folds down into a full size sleeper, and a twin size roll-away bed that is stored in the main entry closet (couch can sleep one adult comfortably or 2 kids). The closet also holds a pack & play crib and beach toys for kids. Pool towels are also included for your stay!
Reminder, no smoking and no pets allowed. No parties allowed.

Stayed before and hope to again. Convenient to everything, without be in the middle of chaotic Traverse. Good size, comfortable and has everything you forget to bring yourself (olive oil and many spices.) Wish the bedroom had something better to block the light, but everything else is great. Would definitely recommend.
