Surrounded by mature trees with a peaceful, mostly secluded feel, you’ll have the best of both worlds — a quiet place to unwind while staying just minutes from Traverse City, Grand Traverse Bay, golf, wineries, beaches, restaurants and some of Northern Michigan’s favorite attractions.
With three queen bedrooms plus a pull-out sofa, the condo comfortably sleeps 6 and can accommodate up to 8 guests — perfect for families, couples traveling together, golf weekends, wine trips and horse show stays.
The Space
Enter through the private ground-level entrance and head up approximately 14 stairs to the main living level.
Here you’ll find a bright and comfortable living area with a fireplace, plenty of room to relax and direct access to the private deck overlooking Spruce Run Golf Course.
The deck is one of our favorite parts of the home. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink surrounded by trees with views of the golf course while still maintaining a peaceful, secluded feel.
One queen bedroom is located just off the main living area.
Upstairs you’ll find two additional queen bedrooms, providing plenty of privacy and space for your group.

The main living area is accessed by approximately 14 stairs from the ground-level entrance. Please keep this in mind when booking if anyone in your group has difficulty with stairs.
