Clean and neat, older condo, in an excellent location for visiting any where in the area, from Elk Rapids out to the peninsulas. We especially enjoyed the small balcony, that faced the woods, each morning & evening. Easy to find, plenty of parking,

Check-in was simple. Received entry code morning of check-in. Kitchen had all the basics. Grocery store just 1/4 mile away. Restaurant 100 yards away, associated with golf course. Living room and two bedrooms each have separate heating/cooling units. Deck off back overlooks grassy area and then wooded area and golf course beyond that. Loft overlooking living room set up as 3rd bedroom. TVs in different rooms seemed to each use a different service.
