The inviting, single-story floor plan comes well-appointed for carefree vacation comfort. The full kitchen makes home cooking a breeze and there are plenty of options for indoor/outdoor leisure with comfortable seating furnished throughout the living room and patio. A smart TV sets the stage for casual downtime in the living room, while the converted-garage game room is ready to welcome nonstop family fun with features including a pool table, foosball, and a PGA Tour Golf Championship arcade cabinet. Each bedroom includes its own TV and two, themed kid's bedrooms offer a magical space for younger guests. The primary bedroom boasts its own en suite bathroom complete with a soaking tub and a separate shower.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The location was great and allowed us visit both Disney Parks and beaches on either side. House was awesome and accommodated 12 of us (6 adults, 6 kids) very comfortable. Kids loved the pool and game room. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone going and stay there again.

We really loved the house location. It only took us 30-45 minutes to get to Disney considering the traffic. The only issue we had with the house was there were an abundance of ants in the bathroom and they also fell in the pool requiring it to be cleaned multiple times a day due to the ants. Don’t let the ants change your mind as this is an easy fix. Plus it’s Florida and it’s hot. We didn’t bother the mgmt company about the ants because it was an easy fix for us but may not be for others. A quick run to get some raid will help with it. Housekeeping also needs to do a little due to rooms were dusty. The home was well stocked with essentials you would need to make it feel like a home away from home (pots, pans and kitchen appliances). We would look to book this property again. If a person is looking for somewhere to stay that is close to Disney and attractions this would be a good place.
