A Summer Breeze is a 4000 square foot, newly renovated luxury home in pristine condition and well maintained. With 7 bedrooms, 4 full baths and accommodating 18 people, it’s the perfect getaway for any large group! Located near all Disney Properties, Sea World and Universal Studios!!
This beautiful villa also boasts a modern game room, which is heated and air conditioned for your comfortable year round.. The private pool is covered by a lanai (screened in enclosure). And the back yard and pool area is fenced in for total privacy while you sit out on the sun deck, swim BBQ or just relax with family and friends.
This villa is equipped to a very high standard and includes all modern home comforts. The family room is ready for your entertainment with a SMART 52-inch LED HDTV and blue-ray player. Bring your DVDs/Bluerays or rent movies when you are here.
Feel free to connect your roku, firestick, slingbox or any other streaming device to watch whatever you like.
Enjoy the comfort of central air conditioning and high speed internet and WiFi.
High capacity washer and dryer are available for your use.
All Bedrooms have a flat screen TV and ceiling fans. there is plenty of closet space in each room.

Total sleeping areas are for 18 people, all in real beds, however we do find that many smaller parties enjoy the space and facilities a summer breeze has to offer.
Large living room with 3 full size couches, plenty of available seating for everyone, with a 50” HDTV LED flat screen SMART TV. Formal dining room also has a separate relaxing sitting area.
Large Full Kitchen is equipped with all new appliances, eating areas seats up to 18 people. The full size kitchen table seats 8, the formal dining room seats 6 and the kitchen breakfast bar includes 3 stools.
Fun and entertaining Art Game Room: The game room is a great hit for the kids as well as adults. It is climate controlled Air Conditioning and Heating. In the game room you will find a 42” HD TV, a top quality 8' regulation slate bed pool table, air hockey and a championship Foosball table. There is also a table and chairs so you can relax while watching the others play.
Walking through to the large open plan kitchen, dining area and family room, you will notice the light and airy feel. The sliding glass door off the kitchen which opens to the pool deck is a truly stunning area to relax. Outside in the completely covered pool area we have an extended pool deck with lots of space. This is generously equipped with furniture – loungers, relaxers and table with seating for six. Enjoy the pool or relax on the ample patio furniture enough for everyone to relax and enjoy the sun.
The pool can be heated from October until April at an additional charge per day if you would like to have to pool heated.
On a clear night you may even get a view of the Disney fireworks from here.
For the active mined vacationer, our private community has tennis courts, and a sand volleyball court. We have provided a basketball, volleyball, and 4 tennis rackets for your use.
For the golfer: There are many golf courses in the surrounding area. We have provided several complementary sets of adult golf clubs, 4 golf bags, and one youth set. Pick out a set that fits you best and enjoy.

This was a very beautiful home. There was plenty of space making our stay extremely comfortable. There were some minors issues, but the owner and manager were very responsive and quickly communicative!! The grands loved the pool and enjoyed having their own rooms.

This home fit the needs of all 15 of us! The home came equipped with everything we needed like dishes, towels, and entertainment. The Wi-Fi and A/C went out and the technician came out immediately to fix it. We had a 17 hour drive back home and one of the kiddos was sick and when we asked to stay a few more days they didn’t hesitate. The brought us batteries for the remote to the living room and took the trash out on Sunday for us. My family and I will definitely be returning. It was our first time staying at an air bnb rather than a hotel and it was an amazing experience and a money saver. Thank you to Lisa who answered every single one of my calls and handled everything professionally and promptly. She was so sweet and kind. We will see yall in 2 years for our next family vacation!

Great house for a group of golfers

Great neighborhood and location. Private pool area. Lots of room in the house for everyone. However, not the cleanest property but did provide everything we needed. The pool was very rough in the bottom to the point that you had to wear your socks to stop your toes from being scraped.
