Located just minutes from Disney theme parks, shopping and entertainment, this gorgeous five bedroom, five bathroom villa, in the prestigious golf community of Highlands Reserve, has everything you need for a memorable vacation.
Our spacious two-storey home is fully air conditioned and has been equipped throughout with high-end furniture.
Whether enjoying a freshly brewed morning coffee by the pool or cooking for twelve, the fully equipped kitchen, with all stainless steel appliances, ensures you can express your culinary skills to your heart's content.
Splash in the pool, relax in the hot tub, bathe in the sun, or relax in the 'bigger kids' swing, the patio is large enough to do all three.
Entertainment areas include a 46" HDTV, Media Hard Drive with over 300 movies; pool table on main floor; 55" HDTV in upper floor entertainment area.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans, clock radios and/or iHome docking stations, and are equipped with Smart HDTV's ranging from 40" to 50" (with the exception of the children's bedroom, which has no TV).
Enjoy reliving your adventures around the huge round dining table, at the kitchen nook, the breakfast bar or even poolside.
Let our beautifully adorned beds, complete with luxuriously soft sheets and comfy pillows, be the ultimate end to your day of fun.
A cleaning fee is applicable on all bookings. The cleaning fee is $160, plus taxes.
We do not accept last-minute bookings, i.e. bookings that the check-in date is less than 7 days away.

There were 2 things that stood out to us. First was the responsiveness of the hosts. As soon as I book this rental communication was clear and quick. The 2nd thing that stood out was the clarity of what everything did in the house. Either everything was labeled or had a sheet near it explaining the function.

My family stayed in January 2026. We had two adults and four teenagers. Kathy and Mike were excellent hosts; very responsive to my emails when I had questions or concerns. The Highlands Reserve community was very nice, clean and felt safe. The home was very spacious and accommodating and had all the necessities of a home. The only thing we had to buy was our toiletries and laundry supplies, which was to be expected. The bedrooms are very large and provided ample space for everyone to spread out. Additionally, the five bathrooms provided a stress-free environment when it came to getting ready in the mornings. In addition to the three bedrooms upstairs, there's also a lounge area with a TV and seating. Overall, the house is large enough for several people without feeling overcrowded. The pool and hot tub were one of my requirements when searching for a home. I paid for pool heat which was recommended during the time of year. I'm glad I did because the pool was very warm, entertaining my kids for hours. The hot tub was a true hot tub separate from the pool. We had no issues, and it was always very hot, which was mandatory after long days at the theme parks. Both were very clean and well maintained.As for proximity to the iconic theme parks, it was approximately a 40-minute drive, however the excitement made it see quicker. There are numerous restaurants in the area, and also a Publix grocery store less than a mile away.I would stay here again. 5/5 stars.

The house was perfect for my family. Nice neighborhood, clean. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Definitely recommend staying here.

The location was perfect. Close to the theme parks, restaurants, and shopping. Had plenty of room for the kids and grandkids. The property has everything we needed.
