The house was perfect, clean, roomy and stocked well with kitchen supplies. Easy checkout process. The pool size was disappointing, however there was enough room to sit in it to cool down and have cocktails while entertaining my guests. I would definitely rent it again. Some shade trees in the backyard would make it more comfortable while in the pool.

The pool was small and too hot to enjoy. The pool should have a chiller so it can be enjoyed in the summer- very disappointing! Also on a noisy street

The property and host were absolutely amazing. The home was immaculate, spacious, clean and cozy. If felt like being home. The beach was a two minute walk from the property as advertised and close to coffee shops, stores and the trolley shop. What a wonderful experience. We are in love with AMI and look forward to returning due to the positive experience we had in staying at this property.

Location close to beach, nice pool and spacious rooms. Road noise is quite loud everywhere on property and within house as you are right on the Main Street for the island and pine Ave dining. Would recommend to anyone and stay again.
