No early access or late departure is allowed unless special arrangements are made with our office, our cleaning and Inspection team need time to ensure the rental is clean and safe for your stay*

*A starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, and coffee & tea. Full sized luxury hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided at check-in. Also available if requested, while supplies last, is a toothbrush and sewing kit. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.*

No refunds, credits, or discounts will be offered if the pool/spa temperature cannot be maintained due to unusually cold weather*

Nice location, close to beach and a few bars and restaurants. Property was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Pool area was nice although some comfy cushions for sun-beds would have been nice, also another umbrella for shade. Grandson used the converted Garage room, good space however rather noisy ceiling fan.Only issue that annoyed us was 2 days of road works outside with diggers and compressors going from 08:30 to 16:00. Compressor was parked next to pool! This meant outside space was unusable in the day time due to constant loud noise. Evidently work was to install new fibre cables. Rental agent claimed they didn’t know and we were not told in advance. Requested a discount for these 2 days but this was declined. Might not have been the fault of owners but it certainly wasn’t our oversight! A goodwill gesture would have been nice and appreciated, especially considering the rental price!

One of my most favorite rentals we’ve ever had, and it was decorated so cute, simple and SO clean. The house had all the essentials, *bonus* on the blue tooth speaker, because we forgot ours! It was great being such a short walk to the beach and a couple restaurants. Loved the pool area, it was sunny and beautiful during the day, and the kids loved swimming at night! The hot tub was awesome!

Very clean and well kept. Amazing pool and hot tub/spa. They have all the beach supplies such as chairs, wagon, sand toys, umbrella. Pool has swimming tubes and even for infants. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

This was the perfect spot. My children had a fabulous time. We loved the pool and the proximity to the beach.
