Conveniently situated equidistant from Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon, you'll have easy access to world-class skiing and snowboarding destinations such as Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude.
The walkout basement features a separate entrance and parking, making it a completely self-contained unit. The basement was recently remodeled and finished in 07/23, providing a stylish and contemporary atmosphere.
Step outside to our backyard, which backs up to Little Cottonwood Creek. Here, you'll find a great outdoor space with plenty of games to enjoy. Whether you're looking to relax after a day on the slopes or spend quality time with family and friends, our backyard is the perfect spot.
We have ensured that our condo is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need during your stay. From cooking supplies and a BBQ grill to a hairdryer and more, we've got you covered.
Please note that ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES are allowed on the premises. We aim to provide a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests.
Our neighborhood is family-friendly and offers close access to the scenic canyons. Take advantage of the nearby walking and biking trails, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts of all ages.
There is 1 spots available in the driveway, most of the time. In addition, there is ample parking on the public street for extra vehicles.
During the winter months, the driveway will be cleared of snow by a professional company. However, please note that this service does not extend to vehicles parked on the public street.

The unit was a very large walkout basement of a home in Sandy, UT. It was very clean and well furnished with plenty of room. When booking I did not initially realize the unit was part of a home occupied by the host. There was some noise in the early morning and evenings through the ceilings but over all it was a very nice unit and a good deal. It was very convenient to the Brighton and Snowbird ski areas.

Perfect place for a ski getaway. Convieniently located to big and little cottonwood canyons, this fully loaaded and completly remodeled place was awesome. Big bedrooms and spacious kitchen and bathrooms will accomodate your family. Host was great also!

Spent a wonderful weekend close to my 4 favorite ski resorts as the rental is nestled between both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. A ton of space to spread out with an incredibly well-stocked kitchen. Place was spotless and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. We'll definitely be back!!
