We had a great stay, the townhouse was spacious and clean. The master bedroom was cold, and the master shower definitely needs new caulking. That being said, we would definitely recommend the townhouse.

The 4 BR, 3.5 BA and two car garage home was plenty spacious, comfortable and mostly well equipped for our stay. The Hot Tub was quite functional and very clean too. Overall it is an attractive home and we are grateful to the owner(s) for sharing it with us.
The location was convenient for freeway access and easy to find. Also the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. There is a neighbor with a noisy streetbike but you could tell he layed off the throttle until he got to the main street. Very considerate.
I'm told the kitchen could use a casserole dish. Also the amazing gas range was only used sparingly because it is not vented outside. Always best to vent gas appliances outside because of the unhealthy gasses from combustion.
The home's AC was adequate but it took some ingenuity to get the upper floor to cool off at night in the middle of summer. Typical for a multi level home.
Overall we were very pleased with the home and had a very nice stay in SLC. The gas BBQ, Hot Tub and comfortable beds are crowdpleasers!

Loved the deck, hot tub and grill. Very close to mountains and shopping. Safe area. Lots of bed space and bathrooms. Would definitely rent again.
