About this house rental
The perfect spot for skiers who want to be close to several resorts but in a residential area with shopping, restaurants and other services nearby. Professionally managed to assure you good service. Also available year round for visitors or short term rental (relocating, new home construction delays, temporary assignments). Significant discounts available for long-term off-season rentals.
For skiers and snowboarders- Why pay high prices and be stuck at the resort when you can stay in a well equipped, very comfortable townhouse and go to a different area every day. Snowbird, Alta, Solitude and Brighton are all just a short 20 minute drive away, or ride the bus non-stop to any of them. Park City and Deer Valley are about 45 minutes on the other side of the range and Snowbasin and Powder Mountain about an hour. Anyone who knows Utah skiing knows that there is more snow and better snow in the western canyons, both of which are right by this house.
There is plenty of shopping and restaurants very close by. The kitchen was completely remodeling in 2022 and is well equipped for all your cooking needs. There are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms - one with king bed and one with a queen. The third bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 singles. Each of these have their own bathrooms just outside their doors in the hallway.
There is a large living room upstairs with HD flatscreen, DVD and sound system. There is an even larger den downstairs with HD flatscreen and DVD player. Hi speed internet via wi-fi included.
Two car garage provides cover for your vehicles when it snows and the community plows the driveways and shovels the walks. Store you ski and boards in the garage and bring your boots and gloves into the furnace room where they will dry quickly and be warm for the morning.
The best part is the large spa tub - outside with covered deck above. The perfect way to end a day on the slopes. Massage jets that will sooth those aching backs, legs, and feet. Can also be used in non-ski season for an additional fee.

Great location! We were 15 minutes to Snowbird in the morning! Loved the 4 full bathrooms and hot tub too! Big dining room table and lots of pots and pans and baking dishes for cooking and serving!!

I booked this VRBO because of being close to the Cottonwood Revel downhill marathon. The accomodations were excellent for my husband, my friends and I

Great place to stay. Would have given it an excellent but the basement was cold and the main floor didn't get cool enough. I would recommend a hand rail down the stairs to the basement and grab bars in the showers. The kitchen is well equipped; oven has air fryer setting. A great bonus.

An amazing place with all we needed. Location was perfect for everything from the airport, ski resorts, groceries, restaurants, hiking trails, and university attractions.
The house is well laid out with comfortable beds, bathrooms for each bedroom and easy access to the fenced yard (we were extremely grateful to be able to bring our Whippet with us) from upstairs or down. The kitchen was well stocked for our group of 7 and 2 can easily cooking at a time. The large table made enjoying a meal and playing games a delight.
Highly recommend this property - the owners quickly responded when we had to communicate and the listing is accurate.
We will keep this in mind for another visit to Salt Lake!
