I rented this townhouse for my annual ski trip to Utah. I have rented 2 previous times in this same neighborhood because of the convenient location to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. House was clean, however I would not call it "updated". Upon arrival, I checked hot tub, tub water was not clean and needed chemicals...called property manager and they were surprised and took care of problem right away. Hot tub is old and should be removed or replaced. Deck in rear of house is in need of paint and repair. House itself is very dated and needs to be upgraded. Very dark inside with heavy curtains and broken Venetian blinds. Master bedroom which is located over garage was very cold.
Kitchen is small...plenty of dishes and silverware, but some of the pans could be replaced and toaster was broken (only 2 of 4 slots worked). I would not rent this property again.
