During your stay, you will be able to enjoy a shared swimming pool, perfect for leisure and relaxation moments, and a fully equipped shared laundry room for your convenience. Parking on the property is subject to availability, but as it is a quiet rural area, it is easy to park in the surrounding area.

The Calheta Arc is known for its mild climate, stunning landscapes and warm hospitality. Despite being located in the high areas of the municipality, in just a few minutes by car you will be able to reach the centre of Calheta village, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, the Casa das Mudas Museum and the traditional Aguardente Distillery. At Calheta marina, you can also experience unique activities, such as whale and dolphin watching tours and various water sports activities.

We were really looking forward to this place as it was our last accommodation on the island. Unfortunately we didn’t realize how high up in the mountains you are - it adds like 15 mins just trying to get up to the property from the towns near by You’re far away from everything! Parking in this place is also very annoying and hard if you’re not a good driver to maneuver around tight corners of the gate and stone walls. Additionally the photos made us think these individual places were spaced out - this is not the case and ours was a path width away from the other place with NO BLINDS on the two biggest windows that run along the path people can walk by - so privacy was minimal - especially when the bathroom on the main floor walks right out into the open area where you can see in with no blinds! The “ocean view” was minimal since you’re high up and far back in a cove in the valley so a lot of trees block the view. Couldn’t even see it from the actual accommodation. For the price and location I wouldn’t waste your time unless you place on staying there majority of your time. Additionally our last night when we had to be up at 3 am the property right next to ours (it’s multiple units on the same grounds) we’re partying all night and still going when we got up.
