This spacious and welcoming home is perfectly located just 2 miles from the city center offering both convenience and comfort. With 3 cozy bedrooms that sleep up to 5 guests and 2 modern bathrooms it’s ideal for families or groups looking to relax.
You’ll love the inviting living room and the charming dining room where you can enjoy meals together. For those working remotely there’s a dedicated office space to stay productive.
Outside the private garden and driveway provide the perfect escape making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

This lovely little home was a really fun, inviting and quirky space and in a super cute area!
Perfectly quaint and just right to escape from the hustle of Nottingham city centre.
A lovely bath tub and fairly well stocked kitchen suited my needs perfectly.
Unfortunately the cleaner either didn’t come before my stay or they’re seriously lacking in the motivation department as the floors were in good need of a hoover, there was still the last guests trash in all the bins as well as under the bed in the non en-suite room.
More disturbingly the downstairs bathroom was still covered in rings from products and had a few used sticky pimple stars stuck to the counter and wall and the en-suite bathrooms bedding had a sweaty smell to it 🙃
I’d honestly love to stay here again on future anual trips but I’d really hope the standards would be addressed moving forward
