- a mountain corner with a triple bunk bed;
- a sleeping area with a sofa and a fold-away bed offering a real bed;
- a bathroom and separate WC
- and a fully equipped kitchen.
You will particularly appreciate its panoramic and breathtaking view of the Aiguille du Midi and the Refuge du Goûter.
The following facilities will be at your disposal: Coffee Machine, TV, Hairdryer, Washing Machine, Iron.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.
One of the studio's strengths is its ski-in/ski-out location, its brightness and its modern facilities.
It is very popular for its location:
- at the foot of the Prarion Gondola (with package purchases);
- close to the bus to the Chamonix Valley;
- 100 m from a bakery;
- 150 m from Lac des Chavants (accessible by the collective car park);
- 200 m from Guinguette des Chavants (restaurant).

Les Houches is a small typical mountain village. Capital of mountaineering, its region is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up the valley, and many activities are offered in winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, beautiful spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, etc.). Other tourist places are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m altitude, or the Montenvers Railway, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a glacier valley 7.5 km long. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered throughout the year.

- The SNCF stop at Pont Sainte-Marie is a 10-minute walk away.
- Gare des Houches: 2.4 km away.
- From Altiport Megève LFHM: 40 minutes by car.
