L'appartement est très agréable, grand et bien aménagé. Il est très bien équipé (avec lave-vaisselle, cafetière, bouilloire...) et très bien placé tout près du télécabine du Prarion (descente en ski et arrivée ski aux pieds). Il est aussi équipé d'un casier à ski et d'un parking très pratique. La résidence est dotée d'une belle piscine intérieure et d'un lave-linge/sèche-linge.

Les lits de la cabine ne sont pas très grands pour de grands ados.
