Fitzwilliam Place is located a short walk from Lincoln City Centre.
When you step out you are immediately onto the High Street, in other words, close to all of the key attractions such as the Cathedral, Castle and International Bomber Command Centre.
With all that Lincoln has to offer within walking distance, our studio is ideally situated, giving you a peaceful space to relax whilst discovering everything Lincoln has to offer.
Parking is free on Tealby Street.
The space
A comfortable double room (small double bed - 4ft) with en-suite bathroom. Complete with kitchen including oven and hob. Smart TV, Wi-Fi and dedicated quiet working space.
Studio is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
