The rate includes:

- Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit on balance or on arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage caused to the property during your stay (up to the maximum of 1,500.00€ and with the restrictions provided).

The rate does not include: extra
cleaning in case of animals (€50.00 per pet per week)
tourist tax (€1.50 per person per day for the first 7 days. Children under 14 are exempt)


Villa I Levrieri is located in the Chianti Classico region, near Tavarnelle Val di Pesa. Once part of the historic Castello del Nero estate, the structure dates back to the 17th century, when it housed the ancient furnace for the production of bricks. Welcoming and with a distinctive character, the villa retains original elements such as vaulted ceilings, terracotta floors and exposed beams, integrated with contemporary furniture, works of art and antiques. It is divided into two independent apartments connected by an external staircase, each equipped with a kitchen, living area and bedrooms. In the green garden there is a furnished porch and a large terrace with pool, both perfect for outdoor lunches or moments of relaxation. Surrounded by olive trees, meadows and Mediterranean vegetation, the villa is an excellent base for visiting Chianti, Florence, Siena and the hilly villages in the area.

Interiors:
The villa consists of two apartments on separate floors, connected by an external staircase. APARTMENT 1 (Upper Floor) — Entrance into the living room with study area; second living room with central fireplace (ornamental); kitchen with peninsula and dining table, with access through French windows to the furnished porch; a double bedroom with king-size bed and en suite bathroom with hydromassage shower; a double bedroom with mosquito net and en suite bathroom with jacuzzi. APARTMENT 2 (Lower Floor) — Access via an external staircase with 13 steps; entrance that leads to an internal stone staircase of 10 steps; large open space with dining table, living room, fireplace (ornamental) and kitchen; a double bedroom with king-size bed and mosquito net; a twin bedroom; a round bathroom with dome ceiling, double sink and central jacuzzi; a second bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Park:
The fenced garden covers about 5,000 square meters, divided into two terraces. The lawned areas are interspersed with cypresses, olive trees, linden trees and Mediterranean shrubs. The porch, adjacent to the living area, is shaded by climbing jasmine and furnished for outdoor dining. The garden also houses Impruneta terracotta pots with geraniums and a large silk tree (Albizia julibrissin). A parking area for five cars is located just beyond the gate, in front of the entrances of the two apartments. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located on the upper terrace of the garden, about 60 meters from the villa; rectangular in shape, measuring 15 x 7 meters with a depth of 1 to 1.80 meters; covered in tiles; chlorine purification; access through submerged steps on a short side; integrated seats on both long sides; indoor and outdoor lighting. The poolside terrace is furnished with sun loungers and a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
