Casabianca is a renovated Tuscan farmhouse in Chianti, surrounded by cypresses and vineyards, with an open view of the Florentine hills. Large stone structure with annex, the villa has six bedrooms (in the full version), spacious living and dining areas, as well as a relaxation area with Turkish bath. The interiors combine rustic charm with traditional elements such as pastel-colored walls, wood-beamed ceilings and exposed stone. On the ground floor there is an original loft with stone walls and a barrel vault, perfect for cooking and eating in a suggestive atmosphere. Outside, a well-kept garden with lawn and olive trees surrounds the villa. Pergolas covered with wisteria and roses, outdoor dining areas, and an enclosed pool complete the property. The location is scenic but also strategic to easily reach Florence, Siena and the villages of Chianti, allowing you to comfortably explore many of the wonders of Tuscany.

Interiors:
The villa is on two levels. GROUND FLOOR - Open loft-style space (not heated) with kitchen, dining area and living area, characterized by stone walls with barrel vaults; wellness area (not heated) with Turkish bath, shower, toilet and relaxation beds. FIRST FLOOR - Accessible via an internal staircase in Pietra Serena, it is divided into two wings. The first wing includes a living room with fireplace, dining area and kitchenette; two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with bathtub; laundry room. The second wing has a reading room; two double bedrooms with a divisible bed; a shared bathroom with a bathtub. An additional double bedroom (not heated) with an en suite bathroom with shower is accessible only via an external staircase. ANNEX (located at the back of the villa) - A double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and small living room (not heated).
Park:
The villa is surrounded by a landscaped garden of about 3000 square meters, planted with olive trees, fruit trees and oaks. Pergolas covered with wisteria and climbing roses create shady areas ideal for eating and relaxing outdoors. A table tennis table is available to guests in the garden, while a built-in barbecue is located a few meters from the house. From the garden you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Chianti hills all the way to Florence. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The rectangular pool measures 6 x 12 m with a depth of 1.50 to 1.80 m; it is completely fenced. The surrounding area is equipped with gazebos, sun loungers, deck chairs and umbrellas. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
