This custom-built home offers splendid sound and ocean views from every level! An elevator will swiftly take you to all levels within the house in the blink of an eye. The welcoming main living area is located on the third level, offering a bright and airy spot that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The large kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, gorgeous white cabinetry, marble countertops, a big stainless steel farmhouse sink, and a microwave drawer in the island. Prepare exquisite homemade meals for the group and then unwind in the sunny living area, furnished with comfy sofas throughout and a substantial 75-inch smart TV with streaming and cable services. Enjoy a partially covered deck with two Adirondack chairs, lounge chairs and a wicker couch. This floor also enjoys a primary suite with deck access, a 65-inch smart TV and an en suite bathroom. The second floor features three additional bedrooms and a covered deck with two Adirondack chairs and two lounge chairs. Every bedroom has access to the terrace with spectacular sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the sound. All bedrooms have a TV and streaming services, WiFi, and USB chargers.
Outside, the home offers an enclosed backyard with a NEW heated pool (14 x 30), spa (9 x 9), and a large surrounding deck perfect for sunbathing, grilling, and entertaining. The backyard includes a gas grill, gas firepit, outdoor shower, large polywood table with 6 chairs, 6 chaise lounge chairs, two hanging wicker chairs, and Adirondack chairs at the firepit.
Additional perks include a supply of beach towels, beach chairs, a cabana, an umbrella, sand toys, a beach wagon, and a private washer/dryer.
Nearby activities and attractions include beach activities, golf, putt-putt golf, fishing, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, Turtle Rescue, Seaview Fishing Pier, deep sea fishing, restaurants and shops.

This was such an ideal house! We really loved the pool! The location is perfect. Quiet street with traffic only from the neighbors! We have already discussed coming back here next year!

We had our family vacation here this year with 6 adults and 3 kiddos. It was just perfect for what we needed with multi families. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the home, and how well stocked it was. It was so nice not having to load up the car with beach stuff! (The wagon, especially!)
The pool area is GREAT, we loved having the hot tub and it made bringing the two dogs very easy as well w the dog run and extra gates to keep everyone contained.
The views are insane, and the short walk to the ocean was a huge plus. Home is beautifully decorated and tranquil, beds and couches are super comfy!
We will definitely rent this home again!

When we arrived the home had not been cleaned. The cleaning people finally arrived and left an hour and ten minutes after check in was supposed to be. They did not leave any clean towels, they gathered up the dirty ones and left them in a red bag on top of the washer. The comforters were dirty and not cleaned from the previous group. It took several phone calls and then finally the next day someone brought fresh towels and new comforters. Just an overall very disappointing arrival to our vacation. The dryer also does not dry anything, probably because the lint filter is clogged. It took several cycles to get dry. Overall with the cleaning crew showing up late and not doing a good deep clean, I would give low ratings. Not sure if that is Vacasa issue or 3rd party cleaners, but just very very disappointed. The home overall is a very nice home, good furniture and wonderful bedrooms and living spaces. The balcony is Amazing and gave the best view of the Sunset. The house overall is lovely, it could use a little more attention to overall cleanliness, but I'd say it's a nice vacation home for the week. The home has lots of beach chairs and all the stuff needed for the beach which was right across the street.
