Upon entry to this spacious unit with contemporary style with plenty of natural night thanks to the big window wall. Upon entering, you’ll be met by the living area which has a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV and the dining table for up to 4 people.
The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee machine, an oven and a washer-dryer combo amongst other first-brand appliances. Right next to the bedroom area there is a practical working desk, perfect for working from home. There is a convenient second full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The master bedroom comes with a queen-size bed, a large wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and its own wardrobe. The unit offers central heating and AC.
The rooftop of the building comes with a communal solarium with amazing views of the skyline. Parking is also available in the building under request.
IMPORTANT: This property can only be rented for temporary stays of between 31 nights and 11 months, for vacation and recreational purposes only. In compliance with Spanish and Catalan regulations, guests must sign a temporary stay contract and provide personal and stay details
