About this villa rental
Our beautiful designer family home offers pool, 6 bedrooms, Large open plan living, huge garden, sauna, cave bar and Entertaining deck. Moments away from local shops, bars & restaurants in one of Sydney's finest surf beaches & situated just north of vibrant Manly, it offers true resort style living.
An open floor social and entertaining area that's wrapped in floor-to-ceiling glass and glides outside to a sun deck and series of sun drenched terraces and landscaped gardens.
Freshwater Pearl retreat is a fun place. It was built with socializing and groups in mind, the vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories; we look forward to welcoming you. The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings or reunions.
IMPORTANT: This is a NO-PARTY property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort (inc. bucks/Hens parties) due to close proximity of our neighbours. This means that the rear courtyard area is restricted in its use from 10pm.
The room configuration is:
Room 1: King bed (en-suite)
Room 2: Queen bed
Room 3: Queen bed
Room 4: Twin singles
Room 5: Double bed (sofa bed)
Room 6: King (studio with en-suite) + single (sofa bed)

* Multi-zoned ducted air conditioning, remote smart system
* Home office study with daybed and library
* Sunny living room adjoins dining room with gas log fireplace
* Kid friendly with cot, high chair, bed guard, large trampoline
* Luxury sauna
* Covered entertainment cave with TV/bar/darts/daybeds
* Sliding glass doors flow to sundeck with awning and terrace
* Deluxe open plan kitchen with breakfast bar

The house was even better than we imagined. We stayed here with a large group and had the most incredible time. The space is beautifully designed and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy different activities. There are so many little details that make it feel more like a home than a rental. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and clearly very well cared for. We couldn’t recommend this place more and would absolutely stay again.

My family and I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Freshwater Pearl during my wedding week. We loved everything about it. It’s a gorgeous property, very comfortable with everything we could possibly need, and we loved sitting on the terrace in the morning and using the outdoor bbq in the afternoon. The pool and sauna were also fabulous! Hollie was a great host and very responsive to any queries that we had. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Freshwater
