About this villa rental
Villa Matira is an attractive 3 bedroom open plan villa set in the pleasant residential area of La Granja, Playa Blanca. The beach and marina are only a 5 minute drive away with an array of shops, restaurants and seafront bars. Back at the villa, the inviting pool and terrace are the perfect spot to relax and unwind, with plenty of terrace space for dining alfresco. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.
Villa Matira has an enviable location being within 10 minutes' walk of Las Colorados, a rugged natural beach and only 5 minutes' drive from the lively resort of Playa Blanca. There are an array of traditional seafront eateries and Spanish bars to enjoy, just a stone's throw from the beach. Why not visit the chic Rubicon Marina with its elegant shops, stylish restaurants and impressive yachts docked there, only a 5 minute drive away. This is an ideal location for exploring the surrounding areas of Lanzarote and all the beauty it has on offer.

Spacious Villa and overall very good to the extent we have rebooked for next year. Downside is no UK TV, although if you have a Netflix account or Amazon Prime account you do at least have that on the smart TV. Sparsely equipped kitchen which we have supplemented, terrible lighting which we improved. The villa is close to neighbours which takes away sun from the pool area in January so can be chilly that time of year.1st floor terrace is best for sunbathing. There is no heating in the living area which means cold nights in Winter. However, it is in a very convenient location, safe secluded grounds and great for 2, 4 or even 6 people as it has 3 bathrooms.
