Our unique 5-star HIGH floor corner unit condo is fully furnished with an equipped kitchen located on one of the highest floors at the W Hotel which has the biggest SWIMMING POOL in Miami. We are centrally located along the Miami river with amazing sunset views. Walking distance to City Centre Mall, Whole Foods, restaurants and bars. Just a short drive to the design district & south beach. THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY! Airport transfer, housekeeping, car rental available based on availability. Corner unit. Fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen located on one of the highest floors of the W Hotel that has the biggest SWIMMING POOL in Miami. Centrally located.*The unit has a fully equipped kitchen if you'd like to cook in addition to appliances such as a toaster, blender and Nespresso machine.
* The living room TV has cable + master bedroom has 4k Apple TV set up.
* There is a washer and dryer in the unit.
*We provide all the essentials in the bathrooms such as shampoo, body wash, blow-dryer, and towels. Master bath has a bathtub.
* Walk in closet, cabinets, hangers, iron + table and luggage rack available in unit.
* Balcony furniture set up so you can enjoy our beautiful sunset in the evenings.
*Cipriani, Cantina La Veinte and AddiKT restaurants located in the building. *Hotel management requires photos of all guests ID/drivers license prior to check in for anyone occupying the unit to be registered in the system and able to use amenities such as the pool, gym and spa
* We have a safe available for your use in the unit (upon request). Any lockout requests that require in person assistance will incur a one hundred dollars fee.
* Housekeeping service available per your request during your stay for an additional fee
*Amenity passes 4 adults per building management.
*Late check in after 6pm is one hundred dollars.
*Late check out 11am-1pm is one hundred and fifty dollars, any extra hour after that is one hundred dollar. *Early check in ninety dollars.
*Lost fob is one hundred and fifty dollar each.
* Discounted car rentals, jet ski and boats are available based on availability, inquire if interested.

The unit was wonderful! Very clean and beautiful views! The host was extremely responsive and resourceful. Will stay here again if back in Miami!

This condo is gorgeous! We stayed here a couple of nights before our cruise. While I doubt my group of an 82 year old, my 2 kids and myself are the target demographic for the location; everyone enjoyed the condo. Views of the canal and the city were great! Amazing place to get 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for a group of friends or family.
The staff answered all of our questions and found us a place to eat when we arrived late due to our flight delay.
Clean, well stocked and great pool! And a balcony!!
I would definitely stay here again!
