Very well located (1 minute from the Loop/metromover stop), very close to many good eating places, helpfull staff, and nice breakfast. The room was spatious and comfortable
We could not get a late check out/half stay and we could only verify if we could have a late checkout/halfstay on the time of checkout (even though we asked 3 times before, but the procedure was having to wait until this last minute to figure it out this availability)

Location is good, close to restaurants and shopping.
Rooms are not very well designed. Could hear neighboring guests all evening and night. Shower door was oriented in a way that even though it was fully closed, it would still soak the floor of the bathroom. Surfaces were “clean enough” but had build up and dust on many items
