Manteca is perhaps our best value. It's elegant, inviting, and intimate. But with an affordable rate—and 5 bedrooms that sleep up to 13 guests—your group will easily spend less on your vacation than you would in individual hotel rooms. And you'll enjoy more amenities!

Each of the 5 bedrooms was carefully designed with your comfort in mind. The master suite features a luxurious bathroom so spacious, it practically deserves its own listing. The other 4 bedrooms share a full bathroom, with a half bathroom off the laundry room. One guest bedroom is standalone. The other 3 form one large, connected suite. Two of those bedrooms have queen beds. The third bedroom in the suite, accessible through the others, is extra large with two queens and one twin.

We had 13 altogether 10 adults and three children. The house met all of our needs, including a fabulous pool and outdoor area. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Highly recommend this for a family getaway.

I would recommend this place to anyone. Only complaint - the wifi does not work in the backyard. Extremely clean and well stocked.
