Welcome to your dream getaway! Here's a breakdown of our 6BR oasis, where relaxation meets fun:
**1st Floor:**
Kick back in the living room, whip up a feast in the kitchen, or head out to the backyard to enjoy the pool, charcoal BBQ, games, seating, and a TV for your outdoor movie marathons.
**2nd Floor:**
Four cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms await upstairs—perfect for that much-needed post-pool nap.
**Pool Party:**
Our private pool is cleaned twice a week (because who likes dirty pools?). Want it heated? It'll cost you $49/day, but hey, no judgment if you want to swim in December!
**Bathrooms:**
We’ve got three. One on the 1st floor, one en-suite for the master bedroom, and another upstairs hallway bathroom to keep the line for the shower short.
**Bedrooms & Bedding:**
- **Bedroom 1:** Downstairs Full bed
- **Bedroom 2:** Downstairs – Two King beds (because why settle for one?)
- **Bedroom 3:** Upstairs Master Bedroom (King Bed)
- **Bedroom 4:** Upstairs Full Bed
- **Bedroom 5:** Upstairs King Bed
- **Bedroom 6:** Upstairs King Bed
Both living room sofas convert to beds (full/queen) AND we’ve got two Pack N Plays and a high chair so your baby can party in style too.
**WiFi:**
Free WiFi that’s fast enough to stream, scroll, and Zoom your heart out (unless you have 37 devices connected).
**Kitchen:**
Whip up a gourmet meal or just heat up leftovers—we've got all the essentials. The fridge and freezer are ready for your snack stockpiling needs.
**Parking:**
We’ve got a 2-car garage, driveway space for 2 more, and free street parking for those with a full crew.
**Filming:**

**Easy Check-In/Out:**
Check-in is as easy as arriving anytime after 3pm, and check-out is by 11am. We'll send you all the deets with a full digital guide after booking!

I had a good time staying with Dave. My family and I were in town for a family reunion and we needed a space that would accommodate 7 adults and 2 teenagers. Obviously everyone wanted their own room (or bed). Dave's place has all of that and more! We couldn't find any better options that was reasonably priced for what we needed. The check in process was so easy too! We all arrived at 2AM, which I reached out to Dave prior to make sure there wouldn't be any issues. Him and his team replied back immediately and assured us that there would be no issues with the super late check in. I'm glad we found Dave and his property. Super easy and accommodating!

It was ok, communication from team was excellent and quick to respond, but I do want to mentioned a few things that might help you to improved your service:1- I requested an early check in, it was said to me that it wasn’t available due to the the cleaning crew needed the time to clean; The house didn’t look clean at all, in fact, walls, tables, counters, and furniture needs a detail cleaning. ( My son had arrived like 25 min before 3 pm, there was no one at the house, but yet I was told I had to wait until 3 pm, due to the cleaning crew were still cleaning???2- Refrigerator wasn’t working properly.3- Pool water fall wasn’t working.4- Some outlets around the house didn’t work.5- Master Bedroom shower water handle didn’t work, and room curtain was out of place.6- No extra covers.7- One chair missing from the entrance table.8- I use my hair dryer and some lights went out?Hope my feedback helps you.
