Outdoor:
Begin your vacation with a refreshing lap in the oversized pool then catch some rays on one of six lounge chairs. Relax on the Vegas-style cabana or enjoy your favorite cocktail by the fire-pit one of six Adirondack chairs. Hang out on the hammock and watch the kids play a round of the Jumbo Jenga or Giant Connect Four. Challenge a friend to a competitive game of Bocce Ball or Ping Pong. Plenty of room for the whole group on the patio sitting area where you can stay cool under the switch-controlled patio ceiling fan. A second fire feature is located near the patio sitting area where you can stay warm around the fire table. Head over to play some foosball or a stimulating game of Jumbo Chess. Dinner can be prepared on the natural gas built-in barbecue and can be enjoyed on the patio dining table with room for six. Enjoy a cocktail on one of six bar-height chairs and enjoy a game of Classic Bean Bag Toss Game. Practice your swing on the three-hole putting green and finish the night in the heated spa. Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

This vacation home opens up to a spacious living room with a large kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 75-inch TCL with Roku Smart television and natural gas fireplace in comfort remote-controlled ceiling fan. The casual dining room features a dining table with seating for 10. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a Samsung french door refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal including granite countertops and bar height dining with seating for four. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.
Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located down the left hallway and features a Cal King-sized Bed, a Queen-sized Sofa Sleeper, 58-inch HiSense with Roku Smart television, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private, en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower, and double vanity sinks with a makeup counter.
Suite 2 is located down the hall from Master Suite 1 and features two Queen-sized Beds, 50-inch TCL with Roku Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet. Suite 2 features a classic Arcade game. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.
The Detached Casita Suite 3 is located out the double doors near the pool and features a King-sized Bed, 50-inch TCL with Roku Smart television and reach-in closet with access to the back patio. This suite features a workstation and Mini-Kitchenette. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.
Bedroom 4 is located next to the laundry room and features a Queen-sized Bed, 50-inch TCL with Roku Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan and access to the back patio. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 10 minutes away. Interstate 10 is extremely close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.

8 of us stayed here for almost 2 weeks for a family get together including Parents, Children and Grandchildren. The design and layout of the property was perfect for our group. Backyard activities, eating and sleeping facilities were terrific. The neighborhood was quiet and secure. Indio was great for shopping, restaurants and golf. We had a few issues with the property but the property manager’s response was excellent. Very timely very courteous and very effective. Best way to contact them was with messaging. Would stay here again.

Very convenient to the polo fields. Easy access to the house. Lots of space and garage and laundry access which is very nice. Super fun house. Lots of games outside. Everything was clean and easy.
