Welcome to The White House, an exquisite private hilltop estate that is in harmony with both history and luxury. Nestled on a sprawling 2-acre lot near the prestigious Polo fields, this property stands as a testament to the ingenuity of celebrated architect Walter S. White. Known for his innovative designs, White's architectural brilliance is showcased through the estate's iconic, skyward-reaching roof and harmonious integration with the natural landscape.
Recently renovated to fuse modern amenities with classic elegance, The White House promises both comfort and unparalleled style. Every corner of this majestic estate has been carefully curated to offer a serene and luxurious living experience. The expansive interiors are bathed in natural light, highlighting the fine craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the home.
Pool is heated for an extra fee of $200 / day with a 2-day minimum and requires a $250 pre-heating charge to get it to heat. It heats between 84-85 degrees. We need to know at least 7 days before arrival, as we must start the heater early to get it to the proper temperature.
**During winter Dec through March 31 the temperature would be 78-82 degrees

It's hard to put into words just how fantastic this house is - stunning mid-century design with amazing outdoor space and a beautiful pool/hot tub setup all on a hill with spectacular mountain views - the house and its 6 bedrooms were perfect for our group of 12. The property managers were incredibly accommodating and responsive almost to a fault - and really made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We'll be back, and absolutely recommend this place for others.

This estate was even more stunning in person. There was someone who greeted us upon arrival to show us around the property.
Our party ranged from 2 to 92 year olds and everyone had a blast.
The bathrooms were spotless. I am a germaphobe and i approved of the cleanliness level.
The beds were comfortable.
The instagramability was a 10/10.
The kitchen had everything we needed.
The house is also close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores, so getting supplies was never an issue.
It got a little warm on a 122 degree day, but i can’t knock off points since it *is* the desert. The solution for the heat was the huge refreshing pool.
My family would definitely stay here again.

I was with a group of friends for a reunion and we had an amazing time at the property. Pool was great, yard was great and big enough for games (spike ball, frisbee, putting) and the grilling area was perfect to eat dinner in the shade. One of the best VRBO's we've been to and the service was top notch.

Annual college friends & spouses reunion. Great time at this property, felt very private, with a great view of the mountains, pool, kitchen, outdoor BBQ worked well. Each room had its own comfortable queen/king bed. Only negative is there are no blinds in two rooms that can get sunny early. We will definitely be back.
