The property was spotless. It was also very comfortable to be able to chill out after a busy day.

We couldn’t always get the underfloor heating on. We had to use the A/C unit a couple of times to warm up the living area. Also the lights didn’t work in one of the bedrooms. It would be a good idea to even have a lamp as our kids didn’t like that. Lastly a couple more pillow cases for the spare pillows.

We loved our stay here. It was cosy and stylish, and a perfect place for a snowy holiday.

Loved the heated flooring, especially in the entryway and bathroom. Great window overlooking the backyard where we could watch the kids playing in the snow. The apartment looked new and was very stylish.

Perhaps needed blockout curtains in the bedrooms to block out light from the street lamp.

Overpriced and disappointing

It was nice to have the space during our trip. It was close enough to town and were able to be picked up for some tours. Management did assist when contacted.

Unfortunately there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, the microwave was dirty inside and so was the oven. One room had a double bed and was uncomfortable, and the other room had a mattress on top of a timber frame on the floor. This was also uncomfortable. The fireplace is not operational. For the price we paid, this was definitely a disappointing stay, and we would not recommend this property.

Zauberhaft

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich toll und gut ausgestattet; naturnah und dennoch in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto im Zentrum von Rovaniemi. Tagesausflüge in die Amethysten-Miene oder Auttiköngäs sind mit dem Auto innerhalb von ein bis zwei Stunden erreichbar. Wir konnten uns sehr gut dort erholen und haben die Polarlichter genossen.

Leider war der Außenbereich (Tisch, Stühle und Grill) dreckig. Die Stühle und Tisch mussten wir erst einmal selbst reinigen, den Grill haben wir nicht genutzt.

Casa ben aïllada i equipada. Molt tranquila i amb electrodomèstics de qualitat. Ben ubicada si tens cotxe. A 12 km de Rovaniemi. Entorn excepcional.

Els llits son pèssims. En una habitació dormies damunt d una superfície de fusta arran de terra i a damunt hi havia dos matalassos prims, un damunt de l altre. A l'altra habitació, un llit de matrimoni amb matalàs lamentable. Poc comprensible amb la qualitat de la resta d instal.lacions i equipaments de la casa.
