The property is very well appointed, with great attention to detail. It is right across from the beach, the heated pool, hot tub, mini golf, bikes, hammocks, fire pit, lots of parking, updated kitchen, bathrooms, multiple coffee areas, beach towels…it is so thoughtful , comfortable, and welcoming. The pre-stay and check-out communication with the management company is excellent, and they very much wanted our stay to be positive.
Our stay was perfect. The only aspect that we did not like is that with the cleaning fee charge, we would expect to leave things tidy, but not stripping beds.

The home was absolutely stunning!!! The location was perfect. The wrap around deck, the heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, putt-putt golf on the property, brand new bicycles!!! Too many things to name. I was overcast and a little rainy for one day. However, the pool, hot tub and the most comfortable beds... We just did our thing with plenty of room to hang or go and have time to peace out!!!!
2 tiny, tiny things.... Not a tone have kitchen towels. I just hated using so many paper towels. And there were some sheet sets missing for the fold out couches and Murphy bed. But, again we were only 4 in a place that slept 12. So we had more than enough places for everyone to sleep. Best vacation in a long time!!!! Cleaning fee was @500$ but when we arrived it didn't really seem like a $500 cleaning job had occurred.

House is amazing space for families, separation of space was great. We have stayed here in the past, which made us choose it again. Pet friendly and easy access to the beach.
Maintenance (Pest control )came on a beautiful sunny day, which was unexpected and we didn’t plan for that - pool day

The property was in a great location, beautiful beach and very quiet
The property did not look like the pictures. Very run down, rusty door ( one of my guests cut their hand) lots of bugs even roaches in the home( there were holes in the back patio door frame), no pool loungers or beach umbrella as advertised. Outdoor patio table was old and rusty with no working umbrella so we couldn’t eat outside. Grill was filthy and out of propane. Opened the downstairs couch so kids could do a sleepover together in the playroom and mattress was stained and disgusting. Couldn’t use putting green because it was all messed up.
